Micheal Dorgan Auctioneers & Valuers is the sole owner of the information collected. We will take all possible steps to keep your personal information confidential. This includes strictly limiting internal access to client information databases and communicating our privacy statement to all our employees. Micheal Dorgan Auctioneers & Valuers will not disclose our clients’ personal information to other companies for use in selling products or services. We may however need to disclose some / all of your personal data to a vendor or landlord client whose property you have an interest in.
It is our aim to only hold your data for as long as this is necessary. Unless otherwise required under applicable law, we store your data for as long as we provide services to you and for a period of no less than six years beginning on the date we archive your file. Although we do our best to protect your personal data, we cannot guarantee the security of your data transmitted to or from us by means of email, and any such transmission is at your own risk.
